We stand behind all of our shoes and gear. If your product is defective or faulty and it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, start a return and send your item back.

Lumidesign offers a 3 Year Warranty on all sensor mirror products. We stand behind all our sensor mirror products so If your sensor mirror has a material or workmanship fault, we want to make it right and get you back in the game. Please refer to your method of purchase below for more information.

You can return your LUMI.CA order up to 14 days after your purchase—free of charge for any reason. Shipping however is not covered and is the responsibility of the purchaser.
